Comforth ApS receives payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, JCB.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.

Comforth ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.


Your orders will be shipped the same or next business day from the time you place your order. We try to ship orders ordered before 12 the same day as they have been ordered. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. When you complete your payment, you will have the option of choosing delivery to your own home or delivery to a parcel shop near you. If delivery to the door is not possible, the package will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop. You will receive an email/SMS about where the package can be picked up.

We use DAO, which is Denmark's best reviewed freight company. You can always follow your package on DAO's own tracking site . You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your orders have been shipped.

Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product/service.

Comforth ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on COD are not accepted.

If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

Return costs must be borne by you.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 30 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment within 14 days after.

The notice must be given per. kundeservice@comforth.dk. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried in addition to what has been described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
